1. Overview

SQUID-REPORT-KEEPER is a Chrome extension that extracts inspection report data from emails and summary pages of the SQUID-WEB system, and displays the data in a Chrome side panel for the user's reference. All processing occurs within the user's browser; no data is transmitted to any external server.

2. Data the Extension Accesses

• From SQUID-WEB inspection report emails opened by the user in Gmail (mail.google.com), the extension extracts style numbers, inspection types, Pass/Defect quantities, defect ratios, and related URLs from the email body HTML.
• From SQUID-WEB inspection summary pages (squid.3rd.tech/guest/inspection-report/*), the extension extracts inspection statistics such as Total Pass and Defect counts from the page HTML.
• The extension does not access personally identifiable information such as name, address, email address, or password.

3. Where Data Is Stored

All extracted data is stored locally in the user's browser (IndexedDB). No data is transmitted to any external server, including servers operated by Concept Art Technologies, Inc.

4. Purpose of Use

The data is used solely to provide viewing, searching, and exporting of inspection records within the user's device. We do not share, sell, or transfer the data to third parties, use it for advertising, or use it for creditworthiness determination.

5. Data Deletion

The user can delete all stored data via the "Delete all data" button in the extension's settings page, or by uninstalling the extension through Chrome.

1. 概要

SQUID-REPORT-KEEPER は、SQUID-WEB システムから配信される検品レポートメール および検品サマリーページから検品データを抽出し、Chrome のサイドパネル上で ユーザーが閲覧できるようにする Chrome 拡張機能です。すべての処理は ユーザーのブラウザ内で完結し、外部サーバーへのデータ送信は一切行いません。

2. 取得するデータ

• ユーザーが Gmail (mail.google.com) で開いている SQUID-WEB 検品レポートメールの本文 HTML から、 品番・検品種別・A品枚数・B品枚数・不良率・関連 URL を抽出します。
• SQUID-WEB 検品サマリーページ (squid.3rd.tech/guest/inspection-report/*) の HTML から、Total Pass / Defect 数等の検品統計を抽出します。
• 氏名・住所・メールアドレス・パスワード等の個人を特定できる情報は 一切取得しません。

3. 保存先

抽出したデータはすべてユーザーのブラウザ内 (IndexedDB) にローカル保存されます。Concept Art Technologies, Inc. のサーバーを含む、 外部サーバーへの送信は一切行いません。

4. 利用目的

取得したデータは、ユーザー端末内での検品データの閲覧・検索・ エクスポートを提供することのみを目的として利用します。 第三者への提供・販売・転送、広告利用、信用力判定への利用は一切行いません。

5. データの削除

拡張機能の設定画面にある 「すべてのデータを削除」 ボタン、または Chrome の拡張機能アンインストール操作により、 保存されたすべてのデータを削除できます。
